Comfortable holiday apartment with a balcony and a wonderful view, at the heart of a remarkable landscape

The accommodation is only four kilometres away from the centre of Schladming at an altitude of 960 metres, with the best view of the surrounding valleys.

From the 10m² balcony with seating you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape.

The spacious holiday apartment is on the first floor and can accommodate up to ten people, whether family or friends. The living room-kitchen is fully-equipped with a fridge-freezer, electric stove, oven, mini oven, cooker hood, toaster, egg boiler, microwave, kettle, Nespresso and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. It also has a big table with seven chairs, a sofa for three to four people and an Internet surf station at a desk. Each room has a full HD flatscreen TV with cable channels. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed 180cm wide, a single bed 140cm wide, a large wardrobe and a breakfast table. The second bedroom has a double bed 180cm wide, a single bed 90cm wide, a large wardrobe and a breakfast table. The third bedroom provides a double bed 180cm wide, a single bed 90cm wide, a wardrobe and a breakfast table. The large bathroom consists of a bath, a shower, a washbasin and a washing machine. There is a separate WC next to it. The second bathroom is fitted with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. Wireless Internet access is available free of charge. There re also drying facilities for shoes and clothing.

The ski bus takes you to the Planai/Hochwürzen ski resort in just five minutes. Experience nature and the regional culture in any season. You can enjoy various free holiday attractions with the Sommercard.
