Whole Apartment in Ližnjan with Private Parking

The holiday apartment is on a quietly situated holiday complex in the little fishing village of Ližnjan on the southern tip of Istria.

The accommodation is on the second floor of the two-storey apartment building and provides around 70m² of living space, comprising two bedrooms, a living room with a dining space, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a separate WC. The two bedrooms are each furnished with two single beds (90cm wide) that can also be joined together as a double bed. The cosy living room with a double sofa and satellite TV also has a dining space for four people. Right next to the bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet there is a guest WC, including a washing machine for use free of charge. The three-room apartment has heating throughout. There is an air conditioning unit in the living room that cools the whole apartment.

The apartment is on a little holiday complex with a total of five apartments, of which one is occupied by the owners themselves, while the other four are let out as holiday apartments. This apartment features a furnished balcony with a table and chairs for your own private use. The shared outdoor area also has a brick-built charcoal grill with a beer tap and a roofed terrace. The holiday complex with fig and olive trees and Mediterranean plants has four private tennis courts, of which two are illuminated. The site is fully enclosed and therefore also suitable for dogs. You can park your car on one of six private parking spaces, of which two are under a car port. Please note that the parking spaces can be used by all guests on the holiday complex, with no designated spaces.

Wireless Internet access is available free of charge throughout the accommodation.

The nearest grocery shop is about 200 metres away. In the locality about 500 metres away you can find a bank, post office, pharmacy and several restaurants. The owner offers free day trips with a private sailing boat, so you can get to know the islands in front of the coast, as well as Kap Kamenjak national park near Premantura, with many bays and pebbled beaches. The nearby sandy islands in front of the coast can also be accessed by taxi boat with daily crossings. The tourist centre of Medulin is only about 2km from your accommodation and invites you to pay a visit. Culture lovers and those interested in history will enjoy the town of Pula 12km away with its ancient Roman monuments. It also has a large weekly market, a fish market, vibrant shopping streets and cosy cafés.

    “Zur Wohnung, die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Küche haben wir nichts vermisst, auch wenn wir Mittags fast nur in Restaurants in der Umgebung waren. Das WLAN konnte man nutzen, in der von uns gemieteten Wohnung gab es leider keinen Empfang, so war ich kurzfristig mit dem Laptop immer auf der Terrasse im Erdgeschoss. Dort gibt es etwas abseits auch ein Grillhäschen mit Bierzapfanlage...allein die Idee finde ich toll. Bier war lecker :)

    “Sehr gut: Klimaanlage, Wohnzimmer, Küche, Waschmaschine, Eigentümer sehr nett und gastfreundlich, sprechen Deutsch, abends sehr ruhig und erholsam, Tennisplatz für Spieler. Okay sind Badezimmer und Betten, das WLAN funktionierte nicht überall, fand ich aber überhaupt nicht schlimm. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut.”
