Im gemeinschaftlichen Garten gibt es einen überdachten Sitzbereich mit einem gemauerten Außengrill. Hier können die Gäste köstlichen Fisch oder auch Fleisch grillen, gemütlich beisammen sitzen und den Tag ausklingen lassen. Jedes Apartment hat aber auch einen eigenen, möblierten Balkon, auf den Sie sich zurückziehen und entspannen können.

we are pleased to accommodate you in our apartment in Poreč, one of the most beautiful Croatian cities. We wish that you experience the beauty of Istria in warm family atmosphere and enjoy in history, culture and beauty of the Adriatic Sea.
The studio opens onto a little balcony where you can relax.
This 20m² studio apartment is on the first floor of the house and is suitable for two people. The sleeping area provides a comfortable 180cm-wide double bed and a wardrobe. Next to the cupboard there are a mirror and a TV. On the other side of the room there is a little dining space with two chairs and a kitchen unit equipped with a two-ring hob, a fridge and a coffee machine. Behind the cooking space there is a bathroom with a shower.
The apartment is situated in quiet neighborhood of family houses, near the beach, restaurants and shops.
