A few steps from the center of Pacengo Lazise, this vacation home overlooks the main road that runs along Lake Garda. The spacious garden of the vacation accommodation is at your private disposal and from the ?stanza dei pensieri? (room of thoughts) on the upper floor enjoy through two large windows a magnificent view of Lake Garda, which is only a few meters away. The location is ideal for a relaxing vacation and for visiting the attractions on the lake, which include a water park and amusement parks, fun for children and adults. Lake Garda is also a good starting point to reach by boat the towns of Riva del Garda, Limone sul Garda and Malcesine. Malcesine, with its medieval castle, has also become famous for the writings of Goethe, to whom a museum and a bust are dedicated. Verona with its arena and the famous House of Juliet is only 32 km away.

    “Wir waren in diesem Haus mit 7 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern (6 Monate und 18 Monate)
    Vor dem Haus befinden sich zwei Stellplätze. Diese waren sehr eng und man konnte nur hintereinander parken. Reist man mit weiteren Autos an hat man die Möglichkeit diese auf einem Parkplatz, ca 200 m entfernt, abzustellen.
    Gegenüber des Ferienhauses war eine Bar die Tag und Nacht laute Jazz-Musik spielte. Das Haus war sehr hellhörig, da die Zimmerdecke bzw die Böden im ersten und zweiten Stock nur aus Holzbrettern bestanden.
    Kinderhochstühle sind nicht vorhanden. Die zusätzlichen Kosten für Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Reinigung mussten wir für unsere Kinder voll bezahlen, obwohl wir diese nicht gebraucht haben.
    Küche und Esszimmer waren mit Geschirr und Besteck ausgestattet, spülmittel, Gewürze und diverse Küchenutensilien waren ebenfalls vorhanden.
    Der große Garten ist für Kinder gut geeignet. Vom oberen Stockwerk konnte man direkt auf den Gardasee schauen, was vor allem Abends sehr schön war.
    Super praktisch waren auch die guten Restaurants, der Bäcker und Metzger in der Nähe.
    Die Haushälterin war sehr nett und hat uns freundlich empfangen. Ein bisschen Englischkenntnisse sollte man allerdings haben, da sie sehr wenig deutsch spricht ;)
    Wir haben etwas im Haus vergessen, dies bekamen wir ein paar Wochen später zurück geschickt. Das ist auf jeden Fall nicht selbstverständlich.
    Im großen und ganzen können wir das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.”

    “Das Objekt war außerordentlich reizvoll für unsere Großfamilie - gerade das altertümliche des Hauses, gepaart mit modernen Bädern, und dem reichhaltigen Platz machte die Zeit für uns zu einem großartigen Ferienerlebnis. Das große Haus zu "entdecken" barg manches Abenteuer für die Kinder. Auch der dazugehörige Garten war ideal. Es war etwas gefährlich und nicht ganz einfach, das Grundstück mit dem Wagen bei dem starken Verkehrsaufkommen zu verlassen...
    Alles in allem sind wir hoch zufrieden. Man sollte kein modernes Hotel erwarten, aber ein Haus mit Charakter und viel Platz!
    Auch die Betreuung durch die Kontaktperson Anna war vorzüglich!
    PS: Bei einer großen Familie wäre auch ein Wäschetrockner nicht schlecht...”
