This fantastic holiday home with two floors is located in a small village around 6 km from the beach. The property offers 4 bedrooms, a spacious living / dining area and a new well-equipped kitchen. All rooms are tastefully furnished and bright. The house has a lovely pool area complete with sun loungers where you can sunbathe and a delightful terrace with table, sofas and an awning, which is perfect for enjoying the views of the mountains and the sea in the distance. The village of Tordera has excellent transport links with Barcelona and is also close to the stunning beaches of Blanes or Lloret de Mar. The area is ideal for avid golfers, fishermen or hikers.

    “De foto's van het vakantiehuis op de internetsite komen overeen met de werkelijkheid. Het huis is vrijstaand, maar de buurhuizen liggen redelijk dicht tegen het huis aan. Het huis zelf is ruim, de inrichting is wat gedateerd. Het heeft een mooi groot overdekt terras en een grandioos uitzicht. Zwembad is goed. De buurt is over het algemeen rustig. Minder rustig zijn de honden uit de buurt, zij zijn goed hoorbaar en behoorlijk aanwezig. Aangezien er geen airco aanwezig is, is slapen met ramen open en screens naar beneden wenselijk, maar door het geblaf midden in de nacht en vroeg in de ochtend is dit niet bevorderlijk voor een goede nachtrust. In het huis ruikt het muf en in de keuken hangt een vettige lucht. Keukenmateriaal was bij onze komst eerst aan een afwasbeurt toe.

    Het sleuteladres/agentschap bevindt zicht in het verderop gelegen Calella (25 minuten rijden) waar je niet direct bij kunt parkeren.     “Het huis inclusief het zwembad waren zeer schoon, het uitzicht geweldig. De serves bij een ongemak was gewoon goed. Het enige wat wij als minder comfortabel hebben ervaren was de hardheid van de matrassen en het harde geluid van de MV in de toilet, alle overige voorzieningen welke waren aangegeven waren aanwezig en goed bruikbaar.”
