This wonderful flat house is located close to the sea and consists of eight holiday apartments for 2 to 4 people (CIM432 CIM439). Even though the holiday apartments are located in the quieter residential area of Medulin, they are still close enough to the town centre, making them ideal for couples and families with children. Due to their close proximity to the sea, the holiday apartments offer a beautiful view of the sea, although holiday apartment CIM437 only offers a partial sea view. There are two swimming pools on the fenced property, one of which is for children, approx. 20 m² in size, the second is approx. 40 m² in size. There is of course a covered terrace with barbecue, which is also shared by all guests of the apartment block.
