This large and spacious poolhouse has a jacuzzi bath and underheated floors. It stands on a large, partially enclosed and secluded plot with a play castle, a slide, swings and a sandpit. The house was the private residence of the owner and is therefore very functional, well maintained and tastefully decorated. In the rooms there are beautiful floors, a fireplace in the living room and a nice dining area. In the kitchen there is a larder with a workbench. The three bedrooms can accommodate up to six people. In addition there is a bathroom. Adults and children can have fun in the pool and then enjoy a massage in the jacuzzi bath. In the house there are several energy-saving appliances. You can reach the recreation centre of the area and the shops on foot.
