Flat in Brenzone Sul Garda with garage

The flat is located on the ground floor of approx. 65 sqm with an exclusive outdoor garden and consists of the following rooms: a living room with flat screen TV, sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, coffee machine and dining area. Next is a corridor where we find: a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower and bidet and finally a second bedroom with a double bed and a single bed.

Outside there is a veranda which is equipped with furniture where you can eat and a garden: table, chairs and two sun loungers for sunbathing and the garden of the flat is bordered by a flowerbed.

Please note that the holiday home can be reached from the Gardesana (main road along the lake) by a paved road. To get around the surrounding area, above all after the construction of a cycle path, you can rent bikes free of charge at our house.

The beach is about 250 m away and can be reached via a footpath next to the facility. The village centre with restaurants and supermarkets is about 100 m away. In the centre of the village is the jetty for the boat stop and also the bus stop. To move around the surroundings after the construction of a cycle path, it is possible to rent bicycles free of charge at our facility.

    “Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Betreuung durch Giorgia Zamboni, tolle Lage und Aussicht. Schöne Terrasse, ausreichender Pool.
    Leider waren die Schlafzimmer des Appartements sehr dunkel und unangenehm feucht.”
