Exclusive holiday apartment

Glowe is in the north of the island Rügen, by the Schaabe, between the Baltic Sea in the east and the Großer Jasmunder Bodden in the west. Our holiday house and apartments enjoy an idyllic and quiet location by the poplar forest, in the lovely seaside town Glowe. You will be staying between the Baltic Sea (ca. 500m) and the Bodden (ca. 500m), a good starting point for interesting holiday days. Whether you would like to go sailing, fishing, hiking, riding or swimming, everything is within easy access.

It also has a terrace with garden furniture and a big garden, as well as parking space for max. four cars on site. The site is fully fenced. A canopy beach chair and a grill area are provided.

The house is divided into two self-contained apartments on the ground floor and upper floor, or it is possible to rent the whole house. The holiday apartment on the ground floor of the detached house is ideal for a holiday on Rügen and can accommodate up to 6 people, measuring around 80m2 and comprising two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living and dining room, a kitchen, a utility room with a washing machine and dryer (coin-operated).

The site is idyllically situated right by the forest on a quiet residential estate. It is only a short walk to bicycle rentals, the 8-kilometre-long fine sandy beach and the centre of Glowe with its shops and restaurants.

Dogs are possible on request at a supplementary charge. The house is strictly non-smoking.

    “Wertig eingerichtetes Haus in ruhiger, zentrumsnaher Lage!.

    Pro:
    Einrichtung und Haus ist sehr gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In der Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Ein grosser IPTVfähiger Flachbildfernseher steht im Wohnzimmer. Die Doppelbetten sind mit 1,80m Breite ausreichend groß. Bis auf das WLAN waren wir sehr zufrieden.

    Contra:
    Die Lattenroste sind teils völlig hinüber und müssten ersetzt werden. Die Digitalterristischen mussten wir selbst installieren. Der IpTV konnte aufgrund des katastrophalen WLANs nicht genutzt werden. Wer Skypemeetings oder ähnliches durchführen möchte, sollte für ein großes Datenvolumen auf dem Handy sorgen. Der Router musste mehrfach täglich resettet werden, damit überhaupt eine Option auf Internetzugang besteht. Unseren Informationen zufolge soll der Breitbandausbau in dieser Ortschaft noch auf sich warten lassen.”

    “Positiv: Da wir mit Hund reisten, war das Objekt sehr geeignet, Negativ: Waren schon sehr irritiert, dass die Nutzung der Außensauna nur durch einen Münzautomaten benutzt werden konnte, obwohl alle Energiekosten inklusive waren. Ein Hinweis diesbezüglich gehört auf jeden Fall in die Objektbeschreibung. Wir fühlen uns getäuscht.”

    “Ein sehr schöner Ort, mit seinem langen Sandstrand, netten Leuten und kleine Gaststätten lädt zum wiederkommen ein. Positiv: Die Lage war traumhaft und ruhig, super Preisleistungsverhältnis, alles sehr modern eingerichtet und sauber. Negativ: Die gummierten Kopfkissen gingen überhaupt nicht, trotz Bezug bekam man fettige Haare ( haben eigene gekauft).”
