The terraced house is located in a leafy complex of 14 terraced holiday homes and residential groups of 3 houses with 4 residential units each and one house with 2 residential units on Störtebeker Landstraße between the North Sea resort of Dornumersiel and the beautiful village of Dornum with its moated castle and convenient shopping facilities (three supermarkets, e.g. Aldi, are 2 km away) with an unobstructed view of the dyke, which can be reached in just a few minutes.
The individual houses are separated by a hedge of Tuja trees and the entire complex is protected by a rose hedge. Each terraced house has its own terrace and a lawn of varying sizes. Everything is well maintained by a gardening company and has long since grown in. The view of the dyke (500 metres away) is unobstructed. Cycle paths are available in all directions (Dornumersiel and Nessmersiel).
The holiday home (built in 1999) has a car parking space, a paved terrace screened off by a wattle fence and a container for bicycles. The house with its 85 square metres of living space spread over three floors consists of a combined living/dining room with kitchenette, 3 bedrooms, a shower room on the ground floor and a toilet on the first floor. With the glass bay window in the living room and the dormer windows for both bedrooms on the first floor, the rooms appear large and flooded with light. The house is fully clinkered, built in frieze style, has underfloor heating and, as it was built with high-quality materials, offers plenty of living quality for 4-5 people. A cot and high chair are included in the furnishings.
Please note that there are three beds in the attic, which can only be reached via a narrow "chicken ladder".
A washing machine is available for your private laundry for a small fee.
The bicycles have been taken out of the programme as the guests did not take good care of them. With annual repairs costing around €300, this was simply too expensive.
