Opatija, 70 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 500 sqm enclosed plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence, a hedce and a wall. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Holiday apartment KVA OPA 391 (6 persons) is located in the same house. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available in a carport and on the property and on the street in front of the house.
