Gemütliches Appartement in ruhiger Lage mit eigenem Parkplatz
Das Appartement Clos Pasteur liegt in einer ruhigen "Residenz" mit gesichertem Parkplatz (Fernbedienung wird bei Ankunft zur Verfügung gestellt) und ist ideal als Basis um die vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region Languedoc zu besuchen.
Die Grünanlagen der Residenz sind bepflanzt mit vielen blühenden Sträuchern wie die Oleander. Auch die Straßen rundherum haben viel Grün - es ist eine sehr ruhige Nachbarschaft.
Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit komfortablen Möbeln (Ledersofa und -sessel mit Relaxstand) und hat eine gut eingerichtete Küche. Der große Balkon lädt ein zum Draußen sitzen und essen.
Zu den vielen Restaurants, Shops und Sehenswürdigkeiten, sowie zum Canal du Midi (Boots- und Fahrradverleih) benötigen Sie zwischen 10 und 20 Gehminuten.
Die Bushaltestelle der Linie die in die Stadt (und zur Altstadt "la Cité") führt, liegt fast vor der Haustüre. Es gibt einen kleinen Laden in etwa 3 Gehminuten, wo man im Allgemeinen alles kaufen kann. Es gibt Supermärkte am Rande der Stadt.
