The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house built in 2018, was renovated in 2021 and is furnished in a typical country style. The property is located on the outskirts. Also due to the view over the mountains from the property and its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, Hollywood swing, campfire site and lift.

Ladis, 1200 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a enclosed garden plot with meadow and flowers, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 50 m). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking is available on the property and in a parking lot in the village (distance 5 m).
