Ihre Ferienwohnung im 2.OG mit einem sonnigen Süd-West-Balkon in Zingst liegt zentral und strandnah in einer Anlage aus 5 Stadtvillen auf einem gepflegten Grundstück. 2011 wurde die Dachgeschoßwohnung renoviert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Im geräumigen Wohnzimmer lädt eine bequeme Sitzecke zum Entspannen vor dem Bioethanol-Ofen ein. Sollte es doch einmal regnen, nutzen Sie einfach unsere Spielesammlung. Damit ist die Wohnung auch außerhalb der Hochsaison sehr attraktiv. Trotz zentraler Lage liegt das Schlafzimmer ruhig zur Gartenseite. In der separaten Küche ist von A wie Auflaufform bis Z wie Zitronenpresse alles vorhanden. Gerne können Sie auch Ihre Fahrräder mitbringen, die im abschließbaren Fahrradraum sicher und trocken stehen.
