Apartment 1 for a stress relieve and safe stay
Holiday apartment in first row to the sea, with a communal swimming pool, jacuzzi and a private sea view balcony
Welcome to Solta, the island of olives, wine, figs and honey – an oasis just 9 km away from Split. The house with a swimming pool is located only approximately 15 m from the sea in the small village of Rogac.
The island is ideal for sailboat tours and for couples, families, and all persons who want to spend a quiet, relaxing and generally stress free vacation. The island has beautiful bays, untouched nature and islets.
Guests staying in the apartment have use of the communal swimming pool and a beautifully landscaped garden. In the yard there is a small whirlpool, garden house with a summer kitchen, barbecue and outdoor furniture. There are outside toilet facilities and outdoor cooking BBQ (charcoal/wood).
Use of the garage is negotiable. Private parking in front of the house is available.
The house consists of three air-conditioned apartments. This holiday apartment is on the first floor of the three-storey building.
All apartments have fully equipped kitchens, a dining area, a bathroom and a large terrace overlooking the sea. They are newly decorated, have partial air-conditioning (heating/cooling), satellite LCD TV, Internet (15 megabits/sec).
The apartment on the first floor offers two bedrooms with a 160 x 200 cm double bed each. It can accommodate four persons. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, freezer, electric kettle, fridge, crockery and cutlery. In the bathroom you will find a hairdryer and towels. Bed linen is also provided.
The beaches in the vicinity are suitable for children, couples, families or singles. The first beach is located below the villa, and within 10-300 m are others beaches as well as hidden coves and small bays.
Villa Rakic from the center of Rogač is about 200 m. Restaurants, shops, supermarket, ambulance and marketplace are about 2000 m from the house.
Bicycles and SUP boards are available for free. The swimming pool is open from 25.05.-30.09. Enjoy the pool from 9 AM - 2 PM and 5th-9th PM. Sun loungers are provided. The whirlpool can be used by one apartment for one hour per day (extra charge applies).
