Side sea view from the 1st floor. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 5 m). Parking (for 2 cars) is available in a carport and on the property and in a parking lot in the village (distance 5 m).

The apartment is partly on the ground floor (living room, separate toilet, boiler room) and upstairs (three bedrooms), so there is an internal staircase upstairs.
