Villa Histra
This luxury villa is located in Medulin, a town in southern Istria. It is newly built in 2018 and completed in March 2019.
There are five bedrooms and four bathrooms. It can accommodate 10 people. Each bedroom has SAT TV, its own balcony with sitting set and a great view of the surroundings, the sea and the swimming pool. Open floor plan on the ground floor is really exceptional. There you will find the large kitchen incl. dining area and living room with SAT TV, safe and a stereo system. Ground floor has a direct access to the pool and the sunbathing area, from where you can enjoy the Istrian sun all day long. Next to the pool there is an outdoor kitchen with a football table and a barbecue area. A highlight of the villa is a huge (100 m²) roof terrace with a breathtaking view of Medulin and sea in the distance.
The whole house is air-conditioned and equipped with floor heating. A special feature of Villa Histra is that it has a 16A charging station for electric vehicles.
