This beautiful holiday home of approx. 50 m² is situated on the south-facing slope of a private property of over 4000 m². Above the property there is a natural meadow. The entire plot is fenced in with hedges/fence and overgrown.
On the property you will find several oases of peace with a swing, a large freshwater pool for swimming and cooling off as well as lots of natural flower and shrubbery. The green areas are not only ideal for sunbathing but also for playing and relaxing with the whole family. A parking space is available for your car.
The holiday home itself is not only idyllically embedded but also very lovingly furnished and equipped with comfort. From sunrise to sunset, you can enjoy a marvellous view over the village and the Göltzsch Valley from the 18 m² terrace. You will rarely find more natural tranquillity and family idyll.
Facilities:
The house has a porch as an entrance with a cloakroom. The living room with semi-integrated, fully equipped kitchen is modern and friendly furnished and equipped with a flat-screen TV. The bedroom has a modern and comfortable double bed with a marvellous view over the property and the valley, so that every morning starts with a smile. In the second bedroom
there are two separate sofa beds (extra bed) and a large wardrobe.
The kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic hob, 2-burner hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine and all the utensils you need to make your holiday comfortable and uncompromising. A dishwasher is not available.
The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. All rooms have windows. Even in colder temperatures you will feel comfortable, as the house is equipped with electric heating. Further equipment includes: Barbecue with accessories, sun loungers and a large parasol as well as a four-piece settee with dining table for the terrace. An idyllic embedded swing is also part of the equipment. Towels, bed linen, crockery and all other necessary and useful items are provided.

In the cool / cold season, please book in good time, as we preheat 2-3 days before your arrival.
Location:
The former rural community of Rempesgrün, first mentioned in 1437 as "Renntwissgrune" (later Rempelßgrune, Rempesgrün, Rempelsgrun, Rembtpeßgrüenn), is located in today's Vogtlandkreis "near" Auerbach. Together with Sorga and Hinterhain, Rempesgrün was incorporated into Auerbach on 1 October 1923 and has therefore belonged to the current district town for some time, as did Mühlgrün (1912) and Brunn (1950), and later the districts of Reumtengrün, Schnarrtanne with Vogelsgrün, Beerheide and Rebesgrün. At that time (1551 and later), the so-called "Grundherrschaft" was held by the Auerbach manor. The village was parished to Auerbach in 1578. From 1930, the parish of Auerbach was responsible. Rempesgrün was administered by Plauen from 1606 and by the Auerbach court office from 1856. From 1952, Rempesgrün (with Fichtzig and Chrinitzleithen, which we would like to include here) belonged as a village of Auerbach to the district of the same name, and from 1996 to the newly created Vogtlandkreis. In the very early days, when the settlement was founded, there were only a few inhabitants, 39 in 1551. In 1834, there were already 845. In 1900, 402 hectares belonged to the "heavily parcelled forest village" and around 2000 people lived there. They were initially employed in agriculture, in the neighbouring areas in mining or in the textile industry and later in mechanical engineering. There was also a lot of home production in the village. Many former "embroidery parlours" bear witness to this. Then as now, craftsmanship is important for the town, and the region also has a lot to offer in terms of tourism. Incidentally, we are located in the low mountain range of Germany and in the western neighbourhood of the Erzgebirge to the east, at an altitude of 550 to 600m. We are 20 kilometres from Plauen, 14 kilometres from Reichenbach and 26 kilometres from Zwickau. We are in the Göltzsch valley with the neighbouring towns of Falkenstein and Rodewisch. This offers a lot to see, tours to undertake. The Brunn forest swimming pool, the Plohn adventure park, the Grünheide forest park and the Kammweg hiking area in the immediate vicinity offer plenty of opportunities to make your holiday a varied one. The beautiful Pöhl dam, also suitable for lovers of naturism, is only 15 kilometres away. You can drive to Helmsgrün by car and you are practically on the beach.
