Das ca 38 qm große Appartement "Kapitänskoje" verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein Bad mit Waschtisch, Dusche und WC sowie über ein Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche. Diese ist mit Spülmaschine, Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank und selbstverständlich Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Küchenutensilien ausgestattet.
Ein Balkon steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung.

Die Villa befindet sich nur wenige Schritte vom feinen weißen Sandstrand und der Ostsee entfernt. Alle Appartements sind stilvoll und individuell möbliert und von allen Zimmern die Brandung des Meeres hören.
