Das  Ferienhaus Sebastian mit Süd-Terrasse und Garten verfügt im Untergeschoß über ein dreißig qm großes Wohnzimmer mit Essecke und Couchgarnitur sowie einem Fernseher. Integriert ind eine vollausgestattete  Küche mit  Spülmaschine und ein großer Esstisch, diekt an der Terrasse.
Zum Haus gehören vier Schlafzimmer. Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich ein kleines Zimmer mit einem Einzelbett und Schrank. Im 1 Stock sind  2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils 2 Schlafgelegenheiten (ein Doppelbett, eines mit  2 einzeln stehenden Betten). Im Studio befinden sich dann noch 2 weitere Schlafgelegenheiten ( ein Doppelbett).  

Das Badezimmer im OG ist ausgestattet mit Waschbecken und  Dusche, im Erdgeschoss ist eine Gästetoilette.

Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind nicht im Preis enthalten, können aber gerne als Wäschepaket dazu gebucht werden. Das Haus hat einen Parkplatz. am Haus und einen abschließbaren Fahrradschuppen.



Das Ferienhaus Sebastian, 2010 erbaut, ist top geeignet für Usedom-Liebhaber. Ob Großfamilie, kleine Gruppen, Wanderer, Fahrrad- oder Motorradfahrer. Das Objekt liegt  in der Inselmitte im Ort Ückeritz, zwischen Ostsee und Achterwasser, zum Strand sind es ca. fünfzehnhundert Meter.
W-Lan ist verfügbar.

Die Konzertmuschel und verschiedene Restaurants gehören zur näheren Umgebung.

Der Bahnhof ist ca. zweihundertfünfzig Meter entfernt. In Ückeritz befindet sich eine Surfschule am Achterwasser. Der Kletterwald Usedom ist in ca.sieben komma fünf Kilometer zu erreichen.



Im Buchenweg Nr. 7 in Uckeritz, Bahnhfsnah, in der Inselmitte im Ort Ückeritz, zwischen Ostsee und Achterwasser. Zum Strand sind es ca. 500 m.
