Dieses helle Einraum-Appartement für zwei Personen ist im skandinavischen Stil eingerichtet. Ruhige Lage mit Aussicht vom Balkon in die Natur.Doppelbett, eine Sitzecke, kleine Küchenzeile mit 2 Kochplatten, Kaffeemaschine und Kühlschrank, TV, Dusche/WC und Flur. Zum Grömitzer Strand gelangen Sie zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten.Kinder haben die Möglichkeit, sich an Tieren und auf dem Spielplatz zu erfreuen.Liegewiese, Grillplatz und Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden!

• Ein Aufenthaltsraum mit Gesellschaftsspielen, DVDs, Büchern, Sitzmöglichkeiten und einem Kickertisch steht allen Gästen zur Verfügung. Da hier sehr guter WLAN-Empfang ist, kann hier auch gut gearbeitet werden.• Waschmaschine, Trockner, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, Wäscheständer etc. können auf Anfrage gern genutzt werden.• Für mitgebrachte Fahrräder steht der große Stall als Unterstellmöglichkeit zur Verfügung.• 1 -3 Hunde sind gern gesehene Zusatzgäste - eine einmalige Gebühr von 25,00 € pro Hund wird berechnet.• Sonstige Haustiere auf Anfrage erlaubt.• Ladestation für E-Auto vorhanden
