Facing north east, the villa Charisma is set in rural hillside surroundings 2km from Kissamos town, 500m from the closest shop, 1km from the closest beach, a 30-minute drive from the regional capital of Chania and 55km from the airport. Other villages, beaches, and attractions are an easy driving distance with hire car.

The ground floor access opens to a spacious living room, with the eco-friendly fireplace at its heart. The open plan kitchen features practical Corian work surfaces and the latest appliances, and incorporates an informal dining area.
A free-standing metal staircase leads to the master bedroom on the first floor where the en-suite bathroom and bath, and the large balcony and unique private outdoor seating space, allow you to gaze out over the bay.
Meanwhile, the ground floor double/twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a walk-in spa shower area has a separate entrance with large doors opening onto the terrace.

95% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the day prior to arrival
100% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
