Cosy 3-room penthouse-apartment (85m2) on the 3rd floor. 2 balconies promiss total recovery. Apartment in 2002 completely newly converted and renovated. Sunny and quiet location with a beautiful panorama view. Living/dining room with SAT-TV, radio, Internet (WLAN), separate kitchen with diswasher, oven, coffee machine. 1 double bedrooms, 1 double bedroom with 3rd bed. With 2 bathroom/WC is the apartment suitable for 5 persons. Ski- and bike-storage room, washing machine, childrens' playground available. Garage and parking. Near to the bus stop, tennis courts/ice fields and childrens playground, shops. Ideal location for various sporting activities.

Three flow trails on the Corviglia guarantee a perfect flow. Equally popular among sports enthusiasts are the Upper Engadin lakes; kiting, sailing, windsurfing, stand up paddling – the possibilities are virtually endless. The expanse of the inspiring high-lying valley can be experienced in a particularly striking way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And besides the wide range of sporting options, visitors can take advantage of the first-class cultural activities on offer, such as a visit to a museum or to one of the numerous art galleries in the various villages.In winter, the ski areas of Corviglia, Corvatsch, Diavolezza and family-friendly Zuoz invite ski and snowboard enthusiasts to revel in 350 kilometres (218 miles) of the finest powder snow.     “Positiv: Küche war top ausgestattet, alles vorhanden. Negativ: Matratzen müssten mal ausgetauscht werden (Durchgelegen). Die Stühle beim Esszimmertisch waren unbequem.”

    “Negativ: Preis/Leistung stimmt einfach nicht. Der Zustand der Wohnung ist so, dass zumindest die letzten 20 Jahre nichts gemacht wurde. Die Endreinigung mit 150 sfr ist zu hoch, obwohl wir voll und ganz verstehen, dass die Arbeit fair bezahlt werden sollte.”

    “Wie unterschiedlich doch die Wahrnehmungen sind. Wir haben letzte Woche folgende Beurteilung erhalten: "Die Wohnung war sehr sauber geputzt, alles bereits am Platz wie Frottewäsche und die Betten sogar bereits angezogen! Toll, wir haben uns sehr gefreut war es doch das erste mal dass die Übergabe so reibungslos war.
    Kompliment auch für die Renovation des Esstisches - sehr schöne Arbeit. Dampfabzug auch sehr effizient."
    Und: Leider gehört das Engadin zu den teuersten Gegenden der Schweiz!”

    “Gerne werden wir unsere Ferientage wieder einmal in dieser Ferienwohnung verbringen. Positiv: Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen und hat ein wunderschönes Panorama.

    “Appartement bien équipé et adapté pour une famille. Positiv: Superbe vue sur la vallée et les montagnes environnantes. Negativ: Aucun Restaurant: Non applicable - Pas été au restaurant Ausflüge: Cabane Boval - Cheminement dans un environnement sauvage avec une cabane du CAS comme objectifs.”
