The house is situated on a 20,000 m² plot, approximately 7 km from the heath flower town of Schneverdingen. Hamburg is about 60 km away, Bremen is around 80 km, and Hannover is nearly 100 km distant. The owners, along with their large dog, live about 80m from the vacation home. If desired, two separate driveways to the property can be used. A fence surrounds the entire property. Parking is available for cars on the property. There is a possibility to store bicycles. The covered terrace is equipped with garden furniture. Two sun loungers are available. A grill is provided.

The living room is furnished with the usual amenities such as a table, chairs, reading chair, and sofa (sofa bed). The light from the various light sources creates a cozy atmosphere. Of course, a television and DVD player are available. An open fireplace, which can also be closed off by a sliding glass door, provides additional warmth (wood is available) along with a gas heating system on colder autumn days or in winter. The bedroom is equipped with a 2x2 m box spring bed (open foot end). Bed linen is provided on request. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a stove, a separate oven, a coffee machine/Saeco, and an electric milk frother. The bathroom has a bathtub and a separate shower cubicle (shower stool available if needed), and underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth when it gets cooler. There is a washbasin and a toilet. Towels, bathrobes, a hairdryer, and small toiletries are provided.
