Villa Alexandra - Comfort with private pool

New luxury villa year, in the traditional village of Loutra, 350 m² of land, next to vineyards and olive groves. The villa offers very beautiful views and combines traditional architecture with modern design. Villa is built with the latest construction techniques that ensure bioclimatic energy savings and lower environmental impact. 2 storey villa is 125m² with 28m² pool and private garden.

In the outdoor area next to the pool is a play area for children, a barbecue and a fireplace.

During the construction of the villa, care was taken to ensure that the possibilities of ecological construction were taken into account, energy-efficient and resource-saving, so that environmental pollution is avoided as far as possible. The house offers approx. 125 m2 of living space, a small garden and a 24 m2 heated pool. On the ground floor there is an open-plan kitchen with dining area and a spacious living room (with open fireplace) with access to the terrace and pool area. There is also a bedroom, a bathroom and a utility room on the ground floor. On the upper floor there are two further bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and a large balcony with sea views. All rooms are air-conditioned and in the house you will find a satellite TV, wifi and a fully equipped kitchen.

In the surrounding area you will find many excursion possibilities, the famous Arkadi Monastery is only a few kilometres away. You can reach the sea in a few minutes, where you will find rugged beaches, secluded bays and many kilometres of sandy beach from Adelios Kampos to Rethymno. Shopping facilities, supermarket, bakery and some excellent tavernas are also within easy reach.

    “Compleet ingericht huis met alle benodigde voorzieningen. Airco in alle ruimtes. Tijdens koude dagen wel lastig aangenaam warm te krijgen aangezien er geen CV is. Voor in de zomer geen issue. Rustige omgeving. Auto noodzakeijk om ergens te komen. Zeer behulpzame en vriendelijke eigenaar.”
