Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit Sofa und Fernseher sowie Ausgang zum Gartensitzplatz mit schöner Sicht auf die Berge. Weiter finden Sie einen Esstisch sowie einen Kamin. Die halboffene Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und bietet einen hohen Kochkomfort. Die Küche verfügt über eine Essecke mit Bank. Das Master-Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett und einen begehbaren Schrank sowie ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Die Wohnung hat zwei weitere Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, die sich einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne teilen. Ein Garagenparkplatz (CHF 15.00 pro Tag), Waschküche und Skiraum zur gemeinsamen Nutzung stehen zur Verfügung.
Die Talabfahrt-Skipiste vom Skigebiet Corviglia nach Samedan führt praktisch vor die Wohnungstüre. Somit können Sie am Morgen den Bus (Bushaltestelle fast vor dem Haus) nach Celerina nehmen und am Abend bequem bis vor die Wohnung fahren.
Das Haus befindet sich am Eingang von Samedan (von Celerina her kommend), an ruhiger, sonniger Lage. Das Dorfzentrum mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants ist in wenigen Minuten gut zu Fuss erreichbar.

“Wir waren sehr zufrieden in Samedan. Positiv: Die Lage und die Einteilung der Wohnung ist super. Mit 6 Personen ist man nicht eingeengt. Negativ: Pfannen in der Küche sind alle fast nicht zu gebrauchen, verkrazt und alt.”
