Lisburne Place Luxury Town House
The house has a fantastic location close to Torquay harbour and town centre. From the front door of the property it is possible to reach the harbour and seafront in about ten minutes on foot. Here, there are dozens of restaurants, bars and cafes. The property is also less than a three minute walk from key bus routes that connect the whole of the English Riviera and so it is well placed to enjoy all the attractions that the area has to offer.
The house is a modern town house laid out over three floors with its own secure allocated parking space. On the ground floor is an open plan living space with a wonderful modern kitchen packed with all the equipment you could possibly need. There is a dining space for up to 6 people and a living space with two sofas where guests can relax in comfort. There is a cloakroom on the ground floor with toilet and wash basin.
On the first floor of the property is a double bedroom which overlooks the rear of the property. This sumptuous room has a luxury pocket sprung double bed and has its own TV. A second bedroom on this level has two single beds and this overlooks the front of the property. There is a family bathroom on this floor which has a bath with shower over.
On the top floor of the property is the main bedroom suite with feature bedstead and a superb shower room ensuite.
The property has a small south facing private courtyard which is accessed via the kitchen door and which is drenched in sunlight all day long. There is a garden sofa here plus a table and chairs as well as a collection of exotic plants in pots. The back gate leads to the secure allocated parking space.
