The distance from the Medulin promenade is about 2 kilometers. Spacious villa features 3 spacious and air-conditioned bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a large living room and a kitchen. The special feature of this villa is the feeling of luxury and a dose of extravagance that run through the whole house. The pool is heated as needed (extra charge).
