Large holiday flat in Sillens with large terrace
The "Friesenhof" is located in the idyllic setting of the 2000-year-old Wurten village of Sillens, a district of Burhave on the green Butjadingen peninsula. The charming former farmhouse with its half-timbered façade is located two kilometres from the dyke. In addition to the three residential units, it also offers a 9 x 4 metre outdoor pool (not heated, only open in high season) and an outdoor sauna on a 3,500 m² property. Surrounded by greenery, the house fulfils a variety of requirements. The "Friesenstübchen" flat is for private use, the "Galeriewohnung" (gallery flat) over three floors for six people and the "Landblick" ground floor flat for eight people each have their own entrance, terrace and access to the large grounds with outdoor pool, sauna and children's play area.
The approx. 140 m² "Landblick" holiday flat is located on the ground floor and lives up to its name. From the many windows and the sunny terrace, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the countryside with plenty of peace and relaxation. All bedrooms have a TV and electric shutters. Underfloor heating throughout the flat and a fireplace in the living room. There are two modern bathrooms and a spacious kitchen with plenty of equipment as well as a children's play area in the living area. You can also use the outdoor pool, the sauna and the children's play area (with play tower and sandpit) on the large property. Enjoy the rural flair on holiday and let your mind wander.
