Spacious holiday cottage built of the finest materials, located on a large plot close to the Limfjord. The house is modern and functionally equipped with high-vaulted ceilings and a good size living room. Kitchen/dining area with all appliances. Mezzanine with 2 extra beds. There are box mattresses in all bedrooms. Large bathroom with shower and whirlpool and sauna for 3-4 people. Additional bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Washer and dryer. There is underfloor heating in both bathrooms. The living room opens onto the terrace. On the large landscaped lawn there is ample opportunity for ball games etc. No letting to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
