Here you have the constantly changing sea in the center through the large windows and the spacious terrace where the relaxing jacuzzi awaits where you can enjoy your leisure and the beautiful surroundings during starry nights! The immediate proximity to the sea provides a unique location for this 2-storey villa which consists of two buildings with a nice courtyard. The villa's entrance floor contains a bright TV room, bathroom and laundry room in one part and delicious spacious kitchen and living room in open floor plan with beautiful fireplace. A lovely room to hang out in where the light flows in and where you reach the lovely terrace via the sliding doors. Here you have sun all day and evening while the waves ripple towards the beach just below. Choose if you want to take a dip in the salty sea or in the beautiful outdoor spa. A nice staircase up is the upper living room with additional TV corner and three spacious bedrooms, two of which have access to a balcony with a wonderful sea view and a larger bathroom with bath. The two smaller bedrooms have 120 cm wide beds (1–2 people). There are also two travel cots available. The quality of the villa, furniture and equipment is very high and nothing is missing here! Here you will find surround systems, fiber, SMART and Apple TV, among many other things. Here you live protected and child-friendly, easy to keep an eye on the children when playing on the small sandy beach while the slightly older ones can choose to jump from the old steamboat pier or angling crabs from the rocks. You are also close to the golf course and Stenungs Torg's beautiful shopping center with about 60 shops and all other conceivable services. In summer, several events and activities are arranged here. Excellent location for excursions in the immediate area with many charming archipelago communities and sights on Tjörn and Orust. A few miles to the south also attracts Marstrand - the west coast's sailing metropolis with a bustling life, historic buildings and royal splendor. To Svartedalen's beautiful nature reserve with lakes, hiking trails and fishing, 15 km. Good communications by train or bus to the city of Gothenburg and the well-known amusement park Liseberg, 45 km. The garage is not rented out.
