Holiday home close to the fjord and the marina. The holiday home has an open solution between living room and kitchen with TV, Astra1 with German and European TV channels and Viasat for Norwegian and international TV channels. Free internet for surfing only. In addition to the two bathrooms there are separate laundry room (entrance from outside) with toilet. This WC is also used by the owners of the marina,- practical when dressed weith boots and fishing clothes. Extra good noise insulation between the bedrooms. Swimming possibilities from shallow sandy beach only 20 meters away from the holiday home. Several good fresh waters with trout in the immediate area. The salmon and trout river, Norddalselva in the center of Åfjord 20 km away. Here you will find all the service offerings. 11 km to the famous restaurant Strandbaren on Stokkøya, close to a beautiful sandy beach. Distance to marina, 30 m. Covered filleting area for fish with running water and light at the marina. Requirements for renting a boat: Boat driver's certificate. Boats for rent, all with GPS / chart plotter / sonar: 1x 22 foot Saga, open boat with 150 HP Yamaha (available in 2023) 1x 21 foot Bella Ocean with 150 HP Mercury 1x 17 foot Rana with 30 HP Suzuki. 1x 16 foot Suvi with 40 HP Honda. 1x 17 foot Clear with 60 HP Mercury. 1x 28 foot Bonansa with 250HP diesel engine.
