Welcome to this gorgeous lakeside property with large jetty and sauna, glazed conservatory and viewing terrace. The interior is beautiful and rustic, with a few seating areas here and there, so you can have a little time to yourself if you like. The window wall in the kitchen can be pushed to the side so that you become one with nature, and it will also be easy for you to carry the food outside onto the balcony. Near the house is a guest house with 3 beds, kitchen and fully tiled bathroom. The front facing the water is completely private, take a bath in the sauna at the large jetty in the morning or in the evening. In the middle of the bay is Björsholmen, which is connected to land where you can go for a walk, there are small bays, cliffs and sandy beaches where you can spend sunny days. A rowing boat is included in the house, so you can take a row to the islet. Sorunda has a lot to offer in terms of hiking and culture and is close to the summer town of Nynäshamn with cosy restaurants down by the harbour. This lakeside property has everything for a lakeside holiday!
