Welcome to our newly built flat Serles in the district Kampl in Neustift in the Stubaital.

Our holiday flat was furnished by us with much love and is situated in a dreamlike view and quiet but central location. We are 3 km from the centre of Neustift as well as from the hiking and skiing areas Elfer and Schlick 2000. The Stubai Glacier is 20 km away from our flat, the stop of the free ski bus in the morning and in the evening is about 200 m away. The main bus stop is about 400 m away. There are parking spaces nearby where you can park for free with the guest card.

Our flat Serles is located directly at the edge of the forest and is therefore the ideal starting point for your hiking and biking tours as well as for relaxing walks. Nearby is the Kampler Lake where you can spend relaxing hours or you and your children can let off steam at the large playground, beach volleyball and football field. Free parking is available.

Numerous hikes to alpine pastures and huts as well as countless mountain tours will make your holiday an unforgettable one.

The Stubay adventure pool with adjoining sauna as well as the Airpark with trampolines and the Adenturepark in Fulpmes where you can experience pure climbing fun will round off your holiday perfectly. You will also enjoy a romantic ride on the Stubaitalbahn from Fulpmes to Innsbruck.

In winter, 4 skiing areas, numerous natural toboggan runs and cross-country skiing trails are available nearby. We also have ice skating rinks to offer.

Our new and modern holiday apartment with 65 m² is located on the ground floor with a separate entrance, parking space, and private garden, offering a wonderful view of the Stubai mountains and Neustift.
