Charming holiday home in Stiava with private pool
Set in a Tuscan olive grove, just 9 kilometres from the famous beaches of Versilia, Villa La Peleca is a corner of paradise and an oasis of relaxation.
The 120 m² villa is surrounded by a 3000 m² lush garden with flowers, plants and ancient olive trees. Here you will find a private swimming pool (8x4 m, 150 cm deep, open from mid-May to mid-October) on a sunny terrace, from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea and the coast. On the same terrace there is also a gazebo, a barbecue and a brick wood-fired oven, perfect for pizzas.
The ideal place for an unforgettable holiday with children or for two couples of friends looking for a combination of tranquillity, good food, sea, sport, nightlife and art cities.
From the large sliding windows of the furnished veranda overlooking the pool and garden, you can go straight outside and walk through the beds of cacti and aromatic plants.
In the evening, the blue LED lights of the pool and the breathtaking sunset, which you can admire over a glass of Tuscan wine, create a magical atmosphere for al fresco dining.
The entrance leads directly into a large open space with a fully equipped Tuscan-style kitchen (oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, American coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave) embellished with Carrara marble, a living area with sofa, armchairs, a fireplace and a large dining table. On the same floor there are also 2 bathrooms with shower and a bedroom with double bed. From the living area, a few steps lead down to a second bedroom with a double bed and an additional single bed.
The garden is fully fenced and accessed from the street via electric gates to a private car park with 2 parking spaces. Its location guarantees maximum privacy and is accessible via a tarmac road and only in the last section via a dirt road, as is typical of most Tuscan scenarios.
In the countryside surrounding the villa there are various hill paths where you can hike and explore the surrounding area.
