In the Ardeche new for rent luxury holiday home with private heated pool. With its 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the house can accommodate up to 8 people and a baby. It is located on a very nice park with many amenities such as central pool with paddling pool tennis court play equipment etc. The villa is air-conditioned, both in the living room and in all bedrooms. It is possible to heat the pool. Bed linen and towels for the bathroom and kitchen are provided, as well as bed linen and a playpen for a baby. Layout ground floor: On the ground floor there is a comfortably furnished spacious living room with a separate dining area. The luxurious open kitchen is equipped with modern appliances (large fridge and freezer, ceramic hob, combi oven/microwave and dishwasher).There is a separate toilet and an enclosed sleeping area with 2 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub and 2nd toilet. There is a washing machine in the storage room under the stairs. There are Provençal wooden shutters for all windows; the sliding doors have shutters.Layout First floor: Upstairs are 2 more spacious bedrooms, a second bathroom with shower and a 3rd toilet and a covered roof terrace. Upstairs is another closed private room where, among other things, laundry is stored.Garden: In the garden there is a private swimming pool with plenty of loungers and sun beds and various seating areas in the sun and shade. There is also a dining table and chairs on the covered terrace (next to the house). The villa is equipped with Wifi. There are no charges for our tenants.The park has many facilities. There is a large general swimming pool with luxury loungers. The pool has a separate children's area where it is easy to make friends. The river Ardeche also flows past the park. There is a tennis court and a basketball court you can use free of charge, as well as a table tennis table. There is playground equipment for the little ones.Vallon Pont D'ArcToday, Vallon-Pont-d'Arc is a town that attracts a lot of interest every summer.
