Das Haus liegt ruhig auf 1140 mtr. in einem kleinen Weiler mit 1 kleinen Bauernhof und 5 weiteren Häusern an einer Sackgasse. Der Wanderweg beginnt am Haus. Zum nächsten Badesee sind es 2,5 km. Ski 3 km. In 25 Minuten sind sie in Klagenfurt. Nächster Klettersteig ca. 25 Autominuten.



Es wurde im minimalistischen Stil eingerichtet, damit nichts vor der wunderbaren Bergwelt ablenkt und Ruhe und Entspannung sich einstellen. Phantastische Aussicht. Großer Wellnessbereich mit Panoramafenster und Sauna. Aussensolar Dusche, Grillplatz mit Feuerschale. Viele Sitzecken zum schauen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Direkt am Wanderweg. E-Ladestadion für Autos nach Verbrauch und vieles mehr



Großer Garten zur Alleinnutzung,das Grundstück ist komplett mit einem Holzzaun eingezäunt. Aussendusche, unterschiedlichen Sitz und Liegeplätzen zum geniessen.



Phantastischer Weitblick bis zu den Karawanken und den julischen Alben. Die Natur ist hieroben noch sehr ursprünglich, wunderschöne Wiesen und gesunde Wälder. Der Wanderweg geht direkt am Haus vorbei.




Badesee St. Urban 2 km und wandern vor der Haustür. kleines Skigebiet in 1,5 km und großes Skigebiet ca 22 km entfernt. Sehr gute milde Luft und Wasser.
