This charming stone villa with an attractive private pool is a dream home away from home. The delightful pool, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and olive trees, will quickly become a favorite spot for the whole group on hot summer days. The elegant terrace has a covered lounge, perfect for morning coffee or an exciting book, as well as an outdoor dining area with a charcoal barbecue. Gather your loved ones around the large dining table and show off your cooking skills in the open air. Villa Luan is tastefully decorated with modern furniture and attention to detail. The airy, spacious first floor is dominated by an open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. Two stylishly furnished bedrooms with double beds, a separate toilet and a bathroom can also be found on the first floor. Upstairs you will find two further bedrooms, both with double beds, private bathrooms and access to the balcony. The villa has a private parking lot with two parking spaces.
Villa Luan is not a party house and youth groups are not allowed.The beautiful Villa Luan is located in the town of Medulin, just a few kilometers from the largest Istrian town of Pula. Formerly a small fishing village, Medulin is now one of the most visited places in Istria. The town is known for its numerous rocky, pebbly and sandy beaches and charming narrow streets. Enjoy your first cup of coffee in one of the numerous bars and restaurants or try some well-known Istrian specialties. For all gastronomy lovers, we recommend visiting the Istrian hinterland and trying many traditional dishes, such as Istrian homemade pasta with truffles, Istrian beef called boskarin, rounded off with a glass of the best Malvasia. Take the opportunity to visit the beautiful beaches and rocks of Cape Kamenjak, which will amaze even the most demanding guests.
