Villa Ajlin is located in Medulin, near Pula. This modern villa welcomes you with a shimmering private pool and 4 comfortable beach loungers on the sun-drenched terrace. Right next to the pool you will find a barbecue and an outdoor dining table for up to 8 people. The wide glass doors on two sides of the villa lead into the living room. In addition to the sofa and TV, there is another dining table for up to 8 people and a fully equipped kitchen. A comfortable double bedroom has its own bathroom with 2 washbasins and a shower cubicle. It also offers access to the pool and seating area through the glass patio doors. Three further double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom and television, are located on the second floor. All have glass doors leading out onto the long balcony with stunning views of the sea, coastline and surrounding islands. Imagine watching the sun set over the sea with refreshing drinks in hand after a day at the beach. For an unforgettable vacation in a prime location close to the beach, Villa Ajlin is the perfect choice. Villa Ajlin in Medulin is only up to 500 meters away from the nearest restaurant, café, store and supermarket, making it a fantastic location. Medulin has beautiful beaches and the nearest one is only 200 meters away from your villa. You can take a boat trip to Kamenjak National Park and enjoy the views of the stunning coastline on the way. If you want to discover the sights of Medulin in a more unique way, visit a ranch. This equestrian center offers trail riding where you can ride through vineyards, forests and along the coast. Just a 20-minute drive away, you can visit Pula and marvel at the Pula Arena, the only remaining Roman amphitheater whose four side towers are fully preserved. Alternatively, you can discover the secret beach of Seagull Rocks, which is the perfect place for diving enthusiasts. The temperature of the heated swimming pool depends on external factors, including weather conditions, and therefore the water temperature cannot be guaranteed.
