Villa Lupita by My-Dream-Vacation-Florida.com is located on a lushly landscaped property in a quiet neighborhood in southwest Cape Coral. From the moment you enter the house, you’ll feel the vacation spirit.
Villa Lupita offers approximately 2,500 sq. ft. of living space, providing ample room for up to six guests to enjoy a relaxing stay. Pets are also welcome upon request and for an additional fee, so you don’t have to leave your furry friend behind while on vacation.
Outdoor Area & Terrace
Large sliding glass doors in both the living and separate dining areas offer a view of the south-facing terrace with an integrated, electrically heated pool and optional waterfall. The pool can be romantically illuminated in the evening.
Seven loungers invite you to bask in the sun. The covered section of the terrace features a dining table with eight chairs. A gas grill is also available for evening barbecues. Show off your grilling skills and prepare delicious steaks, hamburgers, or fresh fish – best enjoyed with a fresh salad and a cold beer or a glass of fine wine.
The entire outdoor space is enclosed by a screen for protection against insects.
A large terrace with a Tiki hut sits by the canal, complete with a table and chairs, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a sundowner in the evening.
A boat lift and a Captainswalk complete the picture. If you’re successful on a fishing trip, you can clean your catch right at the specially designed cleaning station.
