At the guest‘s disposal there is an outdoor swimming pool of 32 sqm, 2 covered terraces with sitting set, one with a fireplace barbecue, enclosed property with well maintained garden and a lawn of approximately 1,000 sqm and a private parking for 2 cars.
Villa with swimming pool, equipped for 6 guests with a total living area of approx. 170 sqm, situated on two, fully air conditioned floors. It consists of a ground floor where the guests can find a cozy living room with a sitting set, fireplace and large windows with an access to the terrace and swimming pool, fully equipped kitchen with dining table for 6 person, one double bedroom with double bed, private shower/toilet and one separate toilet. On the ground floor there are two air-conditioned double bedrooms with SAT-TV, private shower/toilet and double bed, one with a spacious terrace with a sitting set. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
