Casa Cittar is over a hundred years old stone house situated on two floors and located only 20 meters from the beach in Spadici, one of the most beautiful residential neighbourhoods of Porec.
The house was built in the late 19th century, renovated a few years ago in authentic style and equipped with rustic and antique furniture, partly providing its guests a unique experience of staying in a traditional Istrian stone house combined with the comfort of a modern holiday house. Casa Cittar has three terraces equipped with table and chairs and situated on each side of the house, one of which has a barbecue. Public parking is provided near the house.
The apartment for 5 has a total area of 80 sqm with an attractively equipped living room with fireplace and satellite TV, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor (attic – with air conditioning in the hall) there are two double bedrooms with sea views, one single bedroom and a shower/toilet.
The owner of the house does not live on the property. Please note that this property may accept youth groups on request. Please contact us to check. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or younger. If you are a youth group [or planning a stag/hen party], you may be asked to pay an additional security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused to the property by you will be deducted from the security deposit.
