Idyllically situated in the Papiermühle district of Godendorf, just a few steps from the Sägersee lake and the entrance to the Feldberger Seenlandschaft nature park, the owners' approx. 3,000 m² residential property has two vacation apartments for up to 5 people each on the ground and upper floors of a separate house. There is direct access from the property to the Sägersee, a good fishing lake with a jetty and bathing ladder. There is a nice bathing area at the Godendorfer See, approx. 2.4 km away, and for both centrally heated apartments, in addition to the terrace or balcony, there are further seating, sunbathing and open spaces available on the spacious property, as well as barbecue, sun loungers, bicycle storage facilities and parking spaces.
Final cleaning, water and electricity consumption are included in the total price. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. Pets are not allowed in this property.
The approx. 60 square meter apartment on the first floor has a living room (upholstered furniture, LCD TV, radio, CD/DVD), a large winter garden (sofa bed for two persons, dining table), an open kitchenette (electric stove with oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, dining table, various kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed, upholstered couch), a bathroom (shower, toilet, hairdryer, washing machine) and a large, furnished terrace.

Godendorf with its districts Papiermühle and Schneidemühle is an idyllic community surrounded by several lakes and forests, located in the south of Mecklenburg, on the border to Brandenburg, between Neustrelitz and Fürstenberg. Both towns with restaurants, shopping facilities and tourist attractions (museums, theater, zoo, exhibitions, boat trips) are about 10 kilometers away. There is a restaurant in the riding stables about 3 km away and a bakery car comes once a week. Several lakes (including the eponymous Godendorfer See) are ideal for swimming, fishing or canoeing, while the adjacent Müritz National Park and the Feldberger Seenlandschaft Nature Park are perfect for long hikes, nature watching (cranes, beavers, sea eagles or ospreys), cycling tours or mushroom picking.
