The town centre is less than five minutes walk from the accommodation, located in a quiet area outside that will allow you to have a good road connection with the network of interurban roads that will take you to landscapes such as Barranco Blanco, Refugio de Juanar or Caminito del Rey or to get closer to any of the magnificent beaches of Marbella, Cala de Mijas, Fuengirola, etc.
Located on the Mozarabic caves of this town, of famous and tourist interest. Its orientation allows you to enjoy beautiful sunsets that warmly illuminate the house in the evenings.
The house is within the town, and although it retains all the tranquility, in three minutes you can be in the Center (Town Hall 200m), where you will find a variety of bars and very good restaurants, all kinds of services and businesses.
Large supermarkets and commercial areas nearby. You will enjoy the well-known antiques market of "La Trocha" every Sunday, frequented by locals and visitors. With a two-storey architecture, the house preserves the wood and high ceilings that make it especially cosy.
On the ground floor we will find:
A large living room with a beautiful wrought iron fireplace and its wooden “exposed beams” that make it very beautiful and rustic. An open space decorated with great balance so that you can enjoy modern furniture and accommodation without clashing with the spacious rural character that defines this beautiful house. You can also enjoy a television space where you can gather the family and watch your favourite series and films.
From the living room a small distributor leads to the bathroom with a large shower and to the two bedrooms.
The bedrooms, pleasant and comfortable, will allow you to rest. One, with two single beds in a trundle bed format and the second with a single bed. Finally, on this ground floor, we will also have a beautiful rustic kitchen, equipped with everything necessary so that it is not difficult for you to prepare your lunches, breakfasts or dinners. This kitchen has an exit to a private outdoor patio, which with outdoor furniture can have another point of privacy or meeting in the accommodation and enjoy the beautiful sunsets.
Through a charming staircase, you access the upper floor, an area occupied by a delightful bedroom with a double bed that has an en-suite bathroom, a large dressing room to store your luggage and a reading and entertainment space, which with its windows and wood make it an intimate and special place.
