In summer: hiking trails directly from the house possible, e-bike hire 2 km, climbing park 2.5 km (Adventurpark Fulpmes) paragliding.
In winter: Ski bus stop 200 or 500 m away, free transfer to the ski areas transfer to the ski areas such as the Stubai Glacier, Schlick 2000 &
Elfer. Furthermore: 3 x 8 km long toboggan runs (also in the evening with lighting), ice skating rinks 2.5 km away.
