The exterior of the house is beautiful, with a 5 x 2 m large chlorine swimming pool with a depth ranging from 0.5 to 1.2 m, 4 loungers and the cozy playground area for the kids. For the lovers of summer open air meetings, there is one fully equipped porch with a fixed barbecue. The house with 220 m2 is distibuted over 2 floors. It has 5 bedrooms; three of them on the ground floor with double bed (one with en suite bathroom with bathtub), and two on the 1st floor; one with two single beds, and one with one double bed, air conditioning, and bathroom with shower. One cot and one high chair are available on request. In addition there is 1 bathroom on the ground floor.By car or bus you can reach very easily other areas like Playa de Muro, Can Picafort, Playa de Formentor, Cala San Vicente. The town of Pollensa and its small church on top of the hill (Calvari) can be a good option for a half day excursion. To reach the Calvari with its magnificent views, you have to climb a staircase with 365 steps.The swimming pool will be available from 01/05 to 31/10. Swimming pool with children protection. Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Consult the advertiser for possible charges.
