All bedrooms are air-conditioned, and there’s an option for an extra guest on the sofa bed. Two baby cots and a high chair are available upon request. The villa has two bathrooms, each with a bathtub, located on each floor. The cozy living and dining area features two sofas, satellite TV, a dining table, a fireplace, and air conditioning. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a hob and all necessary utensils for family meals. Additional amenities include a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board, with central heating throughout.Located on the beach of Port d'Alcúdia, you'll find supermarkets, shops, and restaurants within walking distance. The fine, white sandy beach stretches for kilometers, perfect for sunbathing and water activities. Nearby, explore the historic charm of Alcúdia’s old town, with cobblestone streets, an amphitheater, and vibrant markets on Tuesdays and Sundays.The villa includes two safety-deposit boxes and an alarm system. Pets are not allowed, and events are prohibited. There is parking for one car, with an additional space in the garage.
