Beautiful modern villa in a private location surrounded by a lush nature

The property is fully detached and in a large plot of land with Mediterranean maquis and citrus trees. The access to the property is from the provincial road via a driveway of about 500 metres that is partly unpaved. These characteristics ensure total privacy and a full immersion with the surrounding nature. Despite the totally secluded location, the beach, shops, services and restaurants are only at a short driving distance.

The villa is of an excellent standard, with great attention to detail and equipped with all modern comforts. Internally there are three bedrooms (two doubles, one of which also has private access to the rear and a twin that can be configured as a third double), a bathroom with shower, a very large living room with dining area, relaxation area with TV and large fully equipped kitchenette.

The house is surrounded by a beautiful lawned garden and citrus plants, as well as a large plot of land with a natural vegetation. The large loggia with outdoor furniture overlooks the lawn which also has a scenic composition of natural rocks. From the side, a glimpse of the sea can be admired in perspective.

Costa Rei and its surroundings will do the rest, contributing to making the holiday an exclusive and unforgettable moment.

    “Dom z lat 70tych, ale bardzo dobrze utrzymany. Piekny widok z tarasu na górze. Niestety na tarasie nie bylo krzesel i stoliczka jak na zdjeciu ;-) Wielka zaleta domu jest fakt, ze sa trzy sypialnie i trzy lazienki. Jesli jedziecie w trzy rodzinki, to kazda czuje sie bardziej intymnie. Warto zwrócic uwage, ze jedna z sypialni jest w tzw. przyziemiu. Jest to najwieksza sypialnia. Dom i ogród piekne. Spedzilismy tam cudowany czas. Z ogrodu wychodzi sie na sciezke, na koncu której widac turkusowe morze. Mozecie z plazy korzystac zaraz na przeciwko sciezki. Idac zas w prawo mozna po 100m dotrzec do baru plazowego oraz miejsca, gdzie mozna zaplacic za parasol i dwa lezaki. Goraco polecam. Gospodarz domu - Luca - bardzo symaptyczny, zna opowiesci i historie :-) Bardzo szybko odpisuje na wiadomosci. Polecam równiez firme rodzinna, z której korzystalismy podczas transferu z lotniska: https://www.transfersardinia.com/en/

    “Wir haben den Urlaub genossen, rundum zufrieden.

    Pro:
    Die Wohnung hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick und ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Einen besonderen Dank, für die Betreuung vor Ort von Herrn Luca Frau.

    Contra:
    Das Müllentsorgungskonzept in Costa Rei sowie der Zustand und die Pflege der Gehwege insgesamt.”

    “Haus gut im Schuss, schöne Lage ca. 6 Minuten zu Fuss vom Meer entfernt. Zentral. Positiv: Ruhe (im Herbst). Tolle Aussicht von der Dachterasse aufs Meer. Negativ: In einer der zwei Toiletten hat es immer mal wieder nach Kanalisation gestunken. Restaurant: Isola Verde, Costa Rei - Feines essen, immer noch faire Preise”

    “Ungepflegt, veraltet, billig.

    Pro:
    Schöne Palme in Garten.

    Contra:
    Viel Schimmel in der Waschmaschine, stinkende Toiletten und Bidet, alte Betten, keine gründliche Reinigung bevor wir angereist sind, stark Rostender Wäscheständer.
    Direkt über dem Schlafzimmer wohnt ein großer Hund, der nachts sehr gerne aktiv ist, die Decke ist sehr sehr hellhörig und es stört beim Schlafen.
    Alles schmuddelig und alt, Pfannen kaputt
    Schlechtes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis
    Direkt das erste Haus neben der Hauptstraße

    Keine Empfehlung.”

    “Es tut uns leid zu lesen, was in dieser Rezension geschrieben wurde. Wir bemühen uns immer, eine Unterkunft so gut wie möglich vorzubereiten und sind immer bereit, Fehler wie in diesem Fall zu korrigieren. Es gab keinen Schimmel in der Waschmaschine, sondern nur Flecken in der Dichtung. Das passiert nur, weil die Waschmaschine außen steht. Wir scheinen uns daran zu erinnern, dass wir eine zusätzliche kostenlose Reinigung durchgeführt haben, aber der Kunde erinnert sich in seiner Bewertung nicht daran. Wir scheinen auch keine anderen Beschwerden vor Ort erhalten zu haben. Schließlich bedauern wir, dass sich die Kunden nicht gut mit den Nachbarn verstanden haben. Dies ist jedoch nicht unsere Schuld.”
