Villa Utopia

extended families or a group of friends to stay together in a secluded residence and enjoy the Cretan summer.
Ultramodern and stylish, the five-bedroom villa has uninterrupted views across the green sheen of olive trees towards the Bay of Kissamos and the beautiful turquoise sea.
With a huge outdoor space centred around a 50-square-metre swimming pool, Utopia is our biggest Sea View villa on the hillside with its sister property Majestic slightly higher up the slope.
The elegant lines of the structure sit comfortably,with the outdoor façade complementing the fabulous interior with every room encompassing a terrace overlooking the Aegean.
A lovely pergola-shaded al fresco dining area has seating and tables and outdoor sofas set amid a carefully landscaped area of native shrubs, flowers and trees in the garden.
It’s a perfect place to start the day with an outdoor breakfast before venturing out to some of the wonderful beaches nearby, such as at Falasarna, heading into the Venetian port of Chania, or exploring western Crete.
Within, there is a large open-plan kitchen with practical appliances and extensive work surfaces adjoining a dining area and lounge centred around an eco-friendly fireplace.
Utopia can accommodate up to 10 guests and every bedroom is a sublime space, each with an en-suite bathroom with shower, and the most wonderful views of the sea and mountains from each.
Outdoors, while you relax in the pool or recline on the sunbeds and the poolside mattresses, the spacious indoor and outdoor areas are within easy reach with pale-washed walling contrasted with natural stonework.
Indeed, the expanse of the pool reflects the true dreamy beauty of Utopia.
A charcoal BBQ is available and perfect on a warm evening for grilling fresh fish, lamb or steaks from merchants and artisan shops nearby.
There is ample parking space for at the property, with additional parking near our main Sea View Villas reception area.
Light is the key at Utopia, with huge windows to the north and south, complementing the freshness of the outdoors.
