Holiday home for 6 people with private pool in a quiet cul-de-sac in the residential area of the tourist resort of Sa Coma, Mallorca. The 800 metre long beach with crystal clear water is 1.4 km away. In Sa Coma there are shops, restaurants and a beach promenade that connects the villages of Sa Coma and S'Illot. From the beach you can see "Sa Punta de n'Amer", a 200-hectare nature reserve of great natural, cultural and historical value, declared a natural area of special interest and recommended for its hiking trails.
The Tos holiday home for 6 people is spread over two floors and has a lovely veranda for al fresco dining, a lawn and a private pool. On the ground floor is the well-equipped living/dining area with access to the outside area. Holiday-ready kitchen with small breakfast table. Next to the kitchen is the utility room with dishwasher and washing machine. Guest toilet.
An internal staircase leads to the first floor, where there are three bedrooms. Two of them with two single beds each and one with a double bed. Two of the bedrooms have access to a balcony. A family bathroom with bathtub completes the upper area.
Air conditioning hot/cold with fixed and limited hours.
Group booking for participants between 25 and 30 years with deposit.
